A concept renovation design of the office building we have our offices in, in Val De Grace Pretoria. Our landlord approached us to explore the options of modernising the building and addressing the poor orientation that cause the building to overheat in summer and be very cold in winter. This has resulted in air-conditioning units being placed all over the building as well as unsightly louvers that attempt to limit the late afternoon sus penetrating the building interior.

Our design proposal aims to, not only address the poor aesthetics of the building, but also address the climatic issues associated with the poor building design.

We also assisted with the partial interior renovation and upgrade of the old building, that encouraged several new tenants to take up office space in the newly renovated building.
