House Lynnwood Ridge
A major renovation, upgrade and modernisation of an old and poorly-designed residence; with small bedrooms and impractical living areas.
The lower level living areas were completely renovated and custom-designed to accommodate the new family’s requirements. All bedrooms were enlarged by incorporating unused balconies, and redesigning the façade overlooking the large, secluded garden and pool.
Bathrooms where upgraded and natural light incorporated that was lacking in the old design. The front of the property received a new boundary screen wall for security and privacy.
Some much needed interior design upgrades and specialist joinery was included and combined with the client’s antique collection of furniture and rugs.
