New Residence Pinnacle Point Mosselbay

This residence is currently in the process of municipal approval. A farm-style house built on a 15 degree sloped piece of land with beautiful views across the valley to the ocean below.

Building a one-level house on a sloped site in a very strict estate, is no easy task, and we had to convince our client to split the house into three levels to fit the extensive area brief within the design parameters the estate demands. The house reflects the farm-style, yet is remains modern and contemporary and we are eager to commence with construction to see it become a reality.
