Parsec – Route 21 Corporate Park

New offices and workshop/ manufacturing facility for a large specialist microelectronic company, producing high-end electronics for the international market.

This facility was designed in close communication with the companies engineering and manufacturing departments and caters specifically for their complex and highly advanced work environment, with specialist air-conditioning, humidity and climate control parameters that had to be maintained at all times.

The sloped site was used to our advantage by maintaining the largest portion of the building on one level, with covered parking below the lower end of the property and the executive department’s offices on the first floor.

Entrances to the property was split to both the East and West, separating the Office component from the manufacturing division.

Despite a limited budget, the buildings proved to be very efficient and gives a professional and corporate look that appeals to their clients and market.
