This is to confirm that Nuclei Lifestyle Design completed the refurbishment of the library at the
National Research Foundation during August 2012.
The project included the following:
1. Removal of the old shelving, information desk, storage and flooring of the old library.
2. Redesign of the existing space to accommodate a trendy and vibrant library with:
a. ample storage, a new information desk, and lockable cupboards;
b. a comfortable seating where staff could relax and read newspapers, journals etc.
as well as a workspace (desk) where staff and researchers can work on their laptops;
c. a new custom designed newspaper stand, new furniture, new carpeting and flooring;
d. a lowered ceiling to create a more professional look.
The library refurbishment project was done well within the budget and delivered on time as per the project plan supplied by Nuclei Lifestyle Design.
The Nuclei project manager provided feedback on a regular basis and was on site at all times.
The delivered services (incl. materials) were of high standard with excellent craftsmanship.
