This 3-bedroom apartment with expansive open-plan living and full east and north-facing windows required a complete redesign to create a warm, welcoming home for its new residents. The clients downsized from a large Waterkloof residence to apartment living, bringing quality furniture, antiques, art pieces, and memorabilia along with an extensive art collection.
We created a modern yet comfortable space for two professionals seeking a warm retreat after work. Working with the clients’ wishlist and their retro mid-century style preferences made this a rewarding project that left very satisfied clients.

A compact screen wall conceals the sink and appliances without dividing the space, preserving its spacious feel.
